Terms of Service

01What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of vidoro.io and every service offered on it. That includes the template-based AI video generators (Hotel Lobby AI, Raindance AI and any template added later), the browser-based media tools, your account, the credit system and payments. By using any part of the service you accept these terms, so please read them before generating.

02Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or generate a video. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your sign-in method private and make sure your contact details are accurate.

03Accounts

Generating a video requires a Vidoro account. You can sign in with Google or with an email sign-in link. Your credits, generations and payment records are attached to that account, and the server — not your browser — keeps the authoritative balance. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support@vidoro.io.

04Acceptable use

You may use the generators only under the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. The rules there are deliberately broad: they apply to every AI generation, transformation and editing feature Vidoro offers now and anything added later. Read the policy before uploading photos of real people.

05Your photos and your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You may only upload images you own or are licensed to use, and every person shown must have agreed to appear, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. To provide the service, Vidoro needs your permission to store, transmit and process those images — including sending them to the AI providers listed on the AI models page — for the limited purpose of processing the content only as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and operate the requested service, and to generate, store and deliver the resulting videos. Vidoro does not use user-uploaded generation media to train its own AI models unless you separately give explicit permission. You can ask for deletion of your data at any time via support@vidoro.io.

06Generated videos

Each generation produces one video from your uploaded photos and a fixed template. AI output is not exact: identity, hands, clothing and motion can drift, so review every result before you publish or pay to distribute it. Vidoro does not guarantee that a video will be suitable for any particular purpose. Paid generations include the commercial-use license described on the pricing page; you remain responsible for how you publish the result and for having the rights to the material you uploaded.

07Credits and payments

• Vidoro sells one-time prepaid credits. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Credits are usage units used to access eligible AI generation services; they are not a currency and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the service.
• Prices and the credit requirement for each generation are shown before you purchase or generate, and the current rules are described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
• Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, a third-party payment processing and checkout provider. Vidoro does not store full payment card details in its own application database.
• The server, not your browser, keeps the authoritative credit balance.

08Credit validity

Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the first purchase in the current credit period. Adding another pack does not extend the expiry of an existing balance, and expired credits can no longer be used. The pricing page shows these rules before you buy.

09Refunds and failed generations

• Generation failure credit return: when the provider confirms that a paid generation failed, the credits held for that generation are returned to your balance automatically. This is the return of held credits to your account — not a payment refund.
• Purchase refunds: unused purchased credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges: contact support@vidoro.io with the order details so we can review and resolve them.

10Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights provided by applicable law. Where applicable law gives you rights that go beyond these terms, those rights apply.

11AI models and third-party providers

• Vidoro uses third-party AI models to run its generators; it does not train or operate its own foundation models.
• Current production model families include Wan AI models provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope).
• Models may be updated as the product and provider releases evolve, and the model list on the AI models page is the authoritative, always-current disclosure.

12Service changes and availability

Vidoro may add, change or retire templates, models, features or limits as the product evolves. The AI models page lists the models actually in use and is updated whenever the generation pipeline changes. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages.

13Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidoro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Generated content is not advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidoro's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. Vidoro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits or data, or for content you upload, generate or publish.

15Termination and account closure

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account via support@vidoro.io. Vidoro may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including attempts to bypass safety controls, fraud or payment abuse. Where an account is suspended or terminated for policy abuse, fraud or chargeback abuse, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited. Ordinary voluntary account closure does not by itself cause forfeiture; unused credits remain subject to the expiry and refund rules described on the pricing page.

16Changes to these terms

Vidoro may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. The version on this page always applies, and the date below shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

17Operator and contact

Vidoro is the operator of vidoro.io, and these terms are between you and the operator of the Vidoro service. Questions about these terms, your account, credits, payments or your data: support@vidoro.io.
