How credits work
Credits keep payment separate from creation. You choose a pack once, and the balance stays attached to your signed-in Vidoro account for 12 months. There is no monthly plan to remember, no automatic renewal, and no charge simply because you did not generate a video that month.

Choose the pack that matches the number of finished videos you expect to make. Waffo processes the one-time payment, and a verified payment webhook adds the fixed number of credits to your account.

Upload your photos
Open Raindance AI or Hotel Lobby AI, then provide the clear portraits requested by that tool. You must own the photos or have permission to use them.

Generate your video
Vidoro reserves the required credit before a paid task starts. This prevents two simultaneous generations from spending the same balance and makes the final charge predictable.

Failed runs are refunded
When the generation provider confirms that a paid task failed, the reserved credit returns to your balance automatically. Vidoro never starts a second paid task without another click from you.

What one credit includes
Every AI video generation on Vidoro is paid. Sign in, pick a tool, and the server reserves that run's credit before any provider work starts. When the balance cannot cover the hold, the request is refused and nothing is generated.
Resolution depends on the generator. Hotel Lobby AI produces a 15-second 720P video for 1 credit. Raindance AI offers 720P for 1 credit or 1080P for 1.6 credits, both in 9:16. Vidoro does not present an unavailable resolution inside a generator.

The important rules are intentionally visible before checkout. Credits are usage units, not a recurring membership, and the server—not the browser—keeps the authoritative balance.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Vidoro uses one-time credit purchases. There is no recurring charge.
What happens if my generation fails?
Credits held for a paid run are automatically returned after a confirmed content review failure or technical generation failure. Vidoro does not silently create a second paid task.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the first purchase in the current credit period. Adding another pack does not extend the expiry of an existing balance.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Paid generations include a commercial use license, subject to Vidoro's terms and your rights to the uploaded material.
What is a credit worth?
One paid credit covers one 15-second 720P generation without a Vidoro watermark. A 1080P generation costs 1.6 credits where that resolution is supported by the selected tool.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable. A credit reserved for a generation that the provider confirms as failed is returned automatically.
Do I need an account to generate a video?
Yes. Sign in to use the credits attached to your Vidoro account.
