01Who we are
Vidoro is the operator of vidoro.io. In this policy, "Vidoro", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Vidoro service, which acts as the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question, data request or complaint, contact support@vidoro.io.
02What this policy covers
Vidoro today includes user accounts, one-time credit purchases, payment processing and server-side AI video generation, and this policy describes the data involved in all of it. It covers the browser-based media tools that run on your own device, the AI video generators such as Raindance AI and Hotel Lobby AI, and any template or AI tool added later.
03Account and authentication data
Vidoro uses Supabase for authentication. You sign in with Google or with an email sign-in link, and we process the data needed to operate that account: your email address, the authentication identifier and Supabase user ID, and authentication or session information such as the cookies that keep you signed in. We use this data to secure your account, attach credits to it and give you access to your generations.
04Credit and transaction data
Vidoro sells one-time credits, and we keep the business records needed to run them: your credit balance, credits held for an active generation, ledger entries for purchases, holds, consumption, refunds and expiry, purchase and order identifiers, payment status, and refund or reversal metadata. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, and Vidoro does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in its own application database.
05AI generation data
To run a generation, we process the images you upload, the template you selected, the resolution and settings of the request, provider task identifiers, generation status, the reference to the generated result, and error or safety status information. Your uploaded photos are used to perform the generation you request. Vidoro does not keep a separate copy of your uploaded photos in its own application database.
06Technical data
Like most online services, the infrastructure that serves vidoro.io may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, and security or error logs. We use this data to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
07How we use your data
- providing, operating, securing and troubleshooting the services you request;
- operating your account, credits, payments and refunds;
- reviewing requests and outputs, preventing abuse and enforcing our terms and the Acceptable Use Policy;
- responding to support messages, reports and rights-holder complaints;
- complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights, safety and security of users, the public and Vidoro.
Vidoro does not use your uploaded generation media to train its own AI models unless you separately give explicit permission.
08Our processing and third-party AI providers
Vidoro sends the media necessary to perform the requested generation to its AI service providers. Those providers process that information according to their own service terms, privacy terms and configured service settings. Vidoro does not claim control over provider-side retention beyond the controls actually available to it.
09Service providers and data sharing
- Supabase — user authentication.
- Neon — Vidoro's business database, holding credits, generation task metadata, orders and ledger entries.
- Waffo Pancake — payment processing and checkout. Payment card details are entered and processed through Waffo Pancake's checkout infrastructure. Vidoro does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on its own application database.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope) — AI generation. Images and other media needed to perform a requested generation may be sent to this provider so the generation can run.
- Hosting, content delivery, analytics and security providers that help us run and protect the site.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public or Vidoro.
10Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential cookies and similar storage keep you signed in and secure your session; account features such as credits and generation cannot work without them.
- Analytics: we use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) and, when a measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies or identifiers to measure page usage; Plausible is designed to measure usage without advertising cookies.
- Advertising: on parts of the site that are not AI generator pages, we may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to select, limit and measure those ads.
Vidoro does not operate a cookie preference center. You can block, delete or limit cookies and similar storage in your browser settings, but blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, credits and generation from working.
11International data processing
Vidoro's service providers may process data in countries and regions other than yours. International processing is handled subject to applicable law and the contractual and privacy terms of the relevant service providers.
12Data retention
- Account and credit records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting, tax or other legal requirements.
- Purchased credits expire 12 months after the purchase that started the current credit period, as described on the pricing page.
- Generation task records, including status, settings and the reference to a generated result, are kept to operate your generation history and for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- Uploaded source media is used to perform the generation you request. Raindance uploads are placed in the AI provider's temporary upload storage under that provider's terms; Hotel Lobby photos are provided to the AI provider as part of the generation request. Vidoro does not keep a separate copy of uploaded photos in its own application database.
- Support conversations and abuse reports are kept while the request is handled and afterwards for as long as needed to document the outcome, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- Technical and security logs are kept for the limited period needed for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
Where the law requires a longer period for a specific record, we keep that record for the required period and then delete or anonymize it.
13Your data rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing where applicable, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support@vidoro.io and we respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights are limited by law — for example where we must keep records for legal, accounting or security reasons.
14Age requirement
Users creating an account or using paid AI generation must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required by applicable law. Vidoro is not directed to children, and uploads may not depict minors, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. If we learn that an account holder does not meet this requirement, we may close the account and handle the associated data according to this policy and applicable law.
15Changes to this policy
Vidoro may update this policy as the service, the law and our providers evolve. The revision date above shows the version currently in effect, and continued use of the service after a change means the updated policy applies.
