Hotel Lobby AI has no free generation. You sign in, upload two front-facing portraits, and the server reserves 1 credit from your account balance before any provider work starts. If the balance cannot cover that hold, the request is refused and no video task is created.
The result is a 15-second 720P video in the fixed horizontal 16:9 orange-booth composition. Person 1 stays on the left and Person 2 stays on the right for the whole shot, following the template camera, lighting, microphone placement and gesture timing.
Credits are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, and credits stay valid for 12 months. One credit makes one 15-second 720P Hotel Lobby video.
If the provider fails or the task times out, the held credit is returned automatically. A failed generation never submits a second paid task on its own. Vidoro also keeps one Hotel Lobby generation active per account at a time, so a second request while a task is still running is refused rather than charged.
For the strongest result, use one well-lit, front-facing image of each person. Avoid sunglasses, heavy face obstruction, extreme side profiles and group photographs. Person 1 is assigned to the left performer and Person 2 to the right performer for the entire shot.
